And they have fast, online access to the latest colour formulas via Colour Search, which has a database of more than 70,000 colour formulas.

Syrox Support Package

The Syrox Colour Package has been designed for bodyshops who require:

• Colour Reader cover, including maintenance repairs and back to manufacturer & servicing every 5 years (of continuous signup)

• Use of a loan Colour Reader whilst your unit is being repaired or serviced.

• Touchscreen PC (supplied by Milsteda) & Sartorius Evolution Scale repaired or replaced where necessary.

• Yearly scale calibration & system health checks.

• Telephone and Remote Support.

• Smart scale technical helpline 01636 613193

*If installation is carried out by anyone other than Milsteda, any breakdown within 6 weeks of original signup date of the SYROX Support Package may not be covered. Any faulty equipment to be returned to Milsteda. Any physical damage
deemed to be by misuse may occur additional charges.

Delivery

We use FedEx for our delivery services for all online orders.

Our deliveries will only be delivered Monday to Friday ONLY.

Free delivery must be for value of goods before VAT rate and delivery charge.

All deliveries are sent SAME WORKING DAY if orders are placed before 11am.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

There will be times when we are out of stock of particular stock lines / quantity's but you will receive an email or phone call from a member of staff advising you of a timescale.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email confirmation.

With international delivery's there might be a customs delay.

Our standard delivery is charged at £5.95 +VAT on all UK Mainland orders under 20Kg.

Over 20kg orders are charged at £12.95 +VAT on all UK Mainland orders.

Free delivery for orders over £100 apply to UK Mainland buyers.

** UK - Scotland Delivery Chargers **

Our standard day delivery is charged at £6.95 +VAT on all Scotland orders under 20Kg.

Our standard day delivery is charged at £14.95 +VAT on all Scotland orders over 20Kg.

** UK - Northern Ireland Delivery Chargers **

Our standard day delivery is charged at £34.99 +VAT on all Northern Ireland orders under 20Kg.

Our standard day delivery is charged at £45.00 +VAT on all Northern Ireland orders over 20Kg.

Free delivery for orders over £150 apply to Northern Ireland buyers.

Returns

Your item must be in its original packaging condition to be returned.
You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
For all returns the customer must pay for return shipping costs.

** Restocking Fee **

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping or return costs that you paid on the order.
